Join us on Wednesday, June 12th for our monthly summer Bike in Movie Night & Queer Comedy Show! We started movie nights in order to bring community together and spotlight some really talented makers.
Let me introduce you to the June food vendors:
FOOD- MEALS 4 HEELS is a food delivery service and restaurant here in Portland. Chef Nikeisah Newton founded the food delivery service catering to sex workers and strippers in 2019, and Meals 4 Heels began operating from Redd on Salmon Street in 2021. The company's tagline is "Pro Black, pro Brown, pro trans, pro science, pro hoe. The movie night menu will include farm driven vegetarian rice and noodle bowls with vegan & gf options.
DESSERT- MUSE CHEESECAKES is owned and operated by Artist Kiana Lee, who has paired her art and design background with a serious passion for baking this succulent and rich dessert! In order to articulate her reverence for diversity in our community and people, culture and the foods that define them, the Cake Muse ideals, is to translate this appreciation by paying tribute to an exploration of culture expressed through her thoughtful cake compositions. (vegan & gf options available)
MOVIE- BRIDESMAIDS (2011)
Side Yard Farm will be slinging beer, wine, cider, and chicha morada. We are starting out the night with some of Portland's funniest Queer comics, hosted by Quinne Salameh & Jenna Britann.

COMEDY SHOW
That’s right BB’s we’re back and sassier than ever! And somehow even more cute and queer.
Feature: Armaan Singh!
Armaan Singh is a Portland based Queer Poet and Comedian who seeks to liberate himself and the world with his craft. Armaan hosts a weekly open mic every Tuesday in Portland with Dirty Angel Entertainment at Misfits. He hopes to tell his story unapologetically, and inspire change one joke at a time!
Kirsten Kuppenbender!!
A local fave! Kup hosts Lez Stand Up at the Siren Theatre, and travels the state offering relatable riotous comedy! We’re so stoked to have her back at the farm.
