For our October 9th 'Farm Dinner Friday' I'll be making one of my favorite dishes, Okonomiyaki- Kansai style. Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake made with flour, eggs, cabbage, veggies and protein. I go to Japan with a crew of Portland chefs, farmers and artisans every year for the last 6 years and this dish is something I've learned to perfect. I put a little Side Yard Farm spin on it, while still keeping it traditional. We have 50 spots available for take out!
