Plant Magic is an outdoor farm-to-stage drag show, planting seeds for queer, trans, and radical youth liberation! We’re calling in radical growth, queer and trans earth magic, and tending to the ecosystems of our bodies, genders, and communities — and plenty of material and energetic resources as we raise funds for Budding Roses! All via the power of DRAG.
ABOUT BUDDING ROSES
Budding Roses is a local project that cultivates free, safe, and empowering spaces for middle school-age youth — especially low income, queer & trans, and youth of color — to learn, express themselves, and engage critically with the social justice issues that impact them. And they’re our neighbors — like Side Yard, the camp is based in Cully this year, and runs from August 14-25 this year!
